Once artwork is photographed, we upload the digital images to the server and they show up in the "Unprocessed" catagory. At this stage, no information has been entered about the artwork and no artist is associated with it.
If information is entered for the artwork without an artist's association, it will show up in the "Information Entered & Unassigned" catagory.
Once an artist has been identified for the artwork, it will show up in the "Assigned" Catagory.
The purpose of these stages is to provide many resources with the ability to work on the artwork at any stage without holding up any other resource or stage in the process.
